A passionate and detail-oriented industry professional with 18 years in the local fashion industry, Alan has had experiences as a bespoke bridal gown designer, merchandising designer and quality assurance. Alan's skilled eye for detail, fit, colour and creating one of a kind creations made him unique among his peers. His designs were worn by local TV stars such as Rui En, Huang Biren, Jeanette Aw and more for shows and award ceremonies. Backed with years of experience and a growing clientele base, Alan now owns his own bespoke label, 'narsesizem/. A reflection of his personal convictions and style, 'narsesizem/ is known for its unique design philosophy that marries client ideology together with body shape and style.

"We got to know Alan through a friend's recommendation. As we have looked around a few shops for our ideal wedding outfit but couldn't find one that was to our liking. They were either too plain, or too glamorous.

Our idea was to customize a set of wedding outfits that could be re-worn for other events, even after the occasion. And narsesizem fits the bill.

Alan was ever so patient when we were picking out the fabrics. He even went above and beyond to source the piece of mustard material for my husband's suit. That colour wasn't in trend at the moment and many fabric suppliers did not have it.

Even till date, I would still recommend narsesizem to anyone who wishes to have a bespoke outfit that truly belongs to yourself."
